Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Please allow time for the tracking number to update after it is sent.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Vensara is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number so we can help review the issue. If your item arrives damaged, please include photos of the product and packaging.
